Una bonificaci\u00f3n que se hab\u00eda suprimido, pero finalmente se ha recuperado y se seguir\u00e1 aplicando, al menos de forma transitoria hasta que se desarrolle el reglamento de nuevas bonificaciones previsto por el Gobierno. Hoy se ha publicado en el BOE la normativa que recoge el mantenimiento de esta medida para las familias numerosas \u2013<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2024\/BOE-A-2024-10235-consolidado.pdf\">Real Decreto 2\/2024 de 21 de mayo-, que detalla (Disposici\u00f3n adicional tercera bis)<\/a> que ser\u00e1 de aplicaci\u00f3n a los contratos que se hagan desde el 1 de abril de 2024, es decir, con car\u00e1cter retroactivo desde esa fecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Familias Numerosas (FEFN) ha mostrado su satisfacci\u00f3n por el mantenimiento de esta bonificaci\u00f3n. A su juicio, es una medida importante para la conciliaci\u00f3n en los hogares con m\u00e1s hijos, ya que facilita que las familias compaginen trabajo y familia y contribuye a la inserci\u00f3n laboral de los padres y madres de familia numerosa. En especial de \u00e9stas \u00faltimas, las que a menudo renuncian al trabajo y se dedican mayoritariamente al cuidado de los hijos o familiares dependientes. La FEFN espera que el mantenimiento de la misma no sea algo transitorio y que se mantenga para siempre, para apoyar a las familias numerosas, que tienen mayor n\u00famero de hijos y, por tanto, mayores necesidades de conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisitos para solicitar la bonificaci\u00f3n en la Seguridad Social<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La bonificaci\u00f3n en la Seguridad Social para familias numerosas es un beneficio recogido en la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n a las Familias Numerosas. Supone la reducci\u00f3n del 45% en las cuotas que el empleador. En este caso, la familia abona a la Seguridad Social por el trabajador contratado para atender necesidades de cuidado de ni\u00f1os o personas dependientes que convivan en el domicilio familiar. El requisito fundamental  es que los dos progenitores trabajen fuera de casa, salvo si son familias numerosas de categor\u00eda especial (a partir de 5 hijos).
