The Spanish Federation of large Families is an entity committed to the ethics and transparency in its management. On the basis of these two fundamental principles, and with the idea of taking one more step in this commitment, has implemented a Management Model of Compliance to ensure the good in their work and take action against possible behaviors irregular.
With the implementation of this model or system of Compliance, the FEFN is committed to contribute actively to the reduction of internal fraud and regulatory compliance, through the information and training to your team on all matters relating to crimes and irregular behaviour, in addition to the creation of a Channel of Ethics as an instrument for the reporting of any situation that is contrary to the ethics that can be detected within the organization.
This Channel of Ethics allows you to communicate in a confidential manner, any activities that may lead to a violation of the Code of Ethics or the commission of a crime, and is open to any member of the organization, from workers to member associations, or persons external to the FEFN that can detect irregular behaviour in the bosom of the entity.
From the Spanish Federation of Families we consider the Channel of Ethics an opportunity for improvement of our organization, as it allows you to detect behaviors that are contrary to our ethical principles and resolve any doubts about situations vague or ambiguous that can damage the good name and reputation of our organization.
The Code of Ethics, Code of conduct or Code of practice sets out in a single document the principles, criteria, and rules of conduct which should govern the management and employees of the SPANISH FEDERATION OF large FAMILIES in the development of their professional activities, constituting, therefore, a basic pillar of the compliance program of the federation that promotes and reflects a corporate culture positive. The purpose of this Code is to set out the principles and values that must preside over the action of the Federation and all of their employees to ensure a professional behavior that is ethical and responsible in the performance of its activity, to the time you pick up the commitment of the Russian federation with the principles of ethics and transparency.
